Can I attach a child seat or trailer to my e-bike?

Yes, you can attach a child seat or trailer to your e-bike. Please contact us and we will provide you with third-party options for doing so.

What should be the tire pressure for my e-bike?

The tires on the Vester range should be inflated to a pressure between 25psi and 35psi.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Charging the battery should take about 4 hours, but if it’s severely depleted, it might require up to 6 hours. Ensure that the battery is switched off before charging to maximize its lifespan.

Why am I getting less range than advertised?

The maximum range provided is based on factory-tested conditions. Several factors can affect your range, including weight on the bike, pedal assist level, speed, battery charge level, incline/decline, tire pressure, or incorrect settings in the LCD. If you believe your bike is significantly underperforming.

My battery performance has decreased over the month. What should I do?

Battery maintenance is crucial for your e-bike’s performance. We recommend charging your battery to 100% once a month if you don’t use your e-bike daily. Avoid prolonged cold storage as lithium-ion batteries degrade in cold temperatures over time, reducing their lifespan.
