The Mark2 Scrambler XC is a hard-tail electric mountain bike designed for maximum adventure on tracks and trails. Featuring an innovative "mullet" configuration with a 29" front wheel and 27.5" rear, it offers an exceptional balance of speed, agility, and stability across diverse terrains. Powered by a whisper-quiet Danish Promovec crank motor delivering 90Nm of torque, this eMTB effortlessly handles steep climbs and rugged paths. Conforming to EN15194 standards for the UK, the Scrambler XC’s 250W motor and removable 460Wh battery provide pedal-assisted rides with a range designed to explore the great outdoors.

Hand-finished at Mark2 HQ in Andover, Hampshire, the Scrambler XC is built for durability and performance with a lightweight aluminium alloy 6061 frame, Rockshox air suspension fork, and a Shimano Deore 10-speed derailleur. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes deliver confident stopping power, while an integrated dropper post allows on-the-fly saddle height adjustments for greater control on descents. Mid Position Drive & Torque Rating

The Mark2 Scrambler XC Electric Mountain Bike is a mid or ‘crank’ drive bike. This means that the drive motor is positioned in the same place as the pedals and has specific rider qualities for that type of drive.

The Power

Warranty

Valid for eBikes purchased from 1 January, 2022.
Mark2 eBikes guarantee that all of our bikes are free from defective materials, constructional defects and oxidisation (rusting) so long as the conditions set out in this Mark2 Guarantee Programme are met.
The rights from the Mark2 Guarantee Programme are not only applicable to the first owner of the bike. These rights are transferable with a copy of the original invoice or order number. A subsequent owner should contact Mark2 to update ownership details. Mark2 Bikes Ltd reserves the right to inspect the bike to continue the warranty at change of ownership at the owner's cost.

Specification and terms of the Mark2 Guarantee Programme
The guarantee applies as follows: 5 years for the frame, 3 years for the battery, motor and all other parts (including the paint and clear coat) from the date of purchase. For the parts of third parties, the guarantee conditions for the relative producer are valid and applicable.
The guarantee does not apply to parts that are susceptible to wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables, cassettes, derailleur in the circumstance that they are not assembly or material defects.

THE WARRANTY LAPSES IN THE EVENT:

  • The bike has been used for rental or any other professional purposes;
  • The bike has been subject to damage due to use in competitions, jumping, downhill, trial or due to exposing/ riding the bike in severe conditions or climates.
  • The bike has been involved in an accident.
  • The bike has been operated in a manner not concurrent to its sort and type. This includes any other means that deviate from the usual.
  • The bike has been assembled with non-original parts.
  • The first owner has transferred the bike to a third person.
  • Mark2 Bikes Ltd has the ultimate decision on the acceptance of a guarantee claim and the choice between replacement or reimbursement.


LIABILITY
Mark2 Bikes Ltd excludes any and all liability for damage to the bike or parts that have arisen from incorrect tuning of moving parts, the improper use of the bike and the improper maintenance of the bike. This includes damage as a result of untimely replacement of parts which suffer wear and tear.

Under the circumstance that a claim is accepted by Mark2 Bikes, this does not imply an acceptance of the liability for possible damages. Mark2 excludes all liability for which we are not legally bound to compensate these damages.
The guarantee offered in the Mark2 Warranty is an addition to the legal rights in your respective country.
