Extended Mark2 E-Bike Warranty From 3 to 5 Years

All Mark2 bikes purchased from 1 September, 2022 come with a standard 3 year warranty. This is your confirmation that the warranty has been extended to 5 years from date of purchase. The warranty covers frame, motor, battery, electrics and components except those susceptible to wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables, cassettes, derailleur in the circumstance that they are not assembly or material defects.
Terms of the warranty are as follows:
Battery 80% capacity. Must be charged at least once a month and stored according to the guidance in the user manual. Your bike should be serviced every 1500 miles or 12 months (whichever is sooner) by Mark2 or an approved technician or cycle shop, and the service record stamped.
