Extended Mark2 E-Bike Warranty From 3 to 5 Years
All Mark2 bikes purchased from 1 September, 2022 come with a standard 3 year warranty. This is your confirmation that the warranty has been extended to 5 years from date of purchase. The warranty covers frame, motor, battery, electrics and components except those susceptible to wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables, cassettes, derailleur in the circumstance that they are not assembly or material defects.Terms of the warranty are as follows:
Battery 80% capacity. Must be charged at least once a month and stored according to the guidance in the user manual. Your bike should be serviced every 1500 miles or 12 months (whichever is sooner) by Mark2 or an approved technician or cycle shop, and the service record stamped.

Arrived in good time, easy install and does the job of making the riding position more comfortable and upright, Dutch style.
First e-bike I’ve ever owned great gears excellent brakes front suspension is comfortable seat is alright and a large battery, it comes with a slow charger. Unfortunately it doesn’t stop charging I suppose when it’s full the current bounce back to the charger I don’t really know. I easily find cheap mud guards on as it’s designed with the option of mud guards.
Now the negatives are it’s a 29 inch frame so it’s very heavy, the power doesn’t always kick in early, the chrome screw bolts are already rusty however I don’t think it will degrade in the near future. That’s about all I can think of the negatives. I love this bike and to me it’s worth the money, it also comes with the stand bar and adjustable seat height front head light. Best of all this website PDB has excellent customer service
Is the Zebra and big dog the same battery because I will like to share the battery with my wife. She have the zebra and I’ll like to buy big dog?

I bought the Cruiser but will buy it for my daughter next week.

I loved it this e-bike, the range is amazing with pedal assist I do 80miles and now the US controller is available in EU & UK , it Unlocked the Throttle. 🥰

As a new entrant to the ebike market I did some research and found the M1 Plus.
Having only experienced more expensive ebikes on holiday in Europe I was really impressed with this bike.
You can't feel the power as much on the lower settings but for getting around it's great.
Delivery was quick. the battery's not great but doesn't need to be. The gears aren't aligned properly and I can't get them to be. The discs rub. But for a £600 ebike it's great.

Was afraid to buy the eleglide because of after sale service available how ever I finally decided to buy as I felt convinced with the website quality. I had a problem with the delivery company. Ian from PDB responded fast and helped resolve the matter. The bike is very heavy even for a big man like me that gos to the gym. Having said that it’s made my boring long commute fun again specially going up hills the gears are smooth the breaks are spot on hydraulic the tyres look big and strong it comes with a stand which is practical and the battery last long. I bought mud guards and easily fitted them. I can only go to places where I’m sure it’s safe from stealing as no lock will ever keep it secure unfortunate reality of living in London I’m thinking of buying another bike for my son from this website
